在使用sfc /scannow命令之前，请先使用dism命令。

dism/online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism/online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

建议您先尝试清除掉更新临时文件，之后尝试重新检查更新，看下安装效果。

1. win+R后，输入services.msc，回车

2. 停用Windows Update

3. 定位到C:\Windows\Software Distribution，把download和datastore里的东西清掉

4. 重启Windows Update

服务列表里建议您留意Background Intelligent Transfer Service的情况，没有开启的话建议您手动开启，启动类型设置为自动。

不行的话尝试在cmd下执行下面的命令，之后重新检查更新，看下效果。

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
pause
