Microsoft Security Essentials 無法打開

Dell台式機，Windows 7 64位係統，一直用的Microsoft Security Essentials殺毒軟件。有天突然MSE自動關閉，嚐試打開均失敗，無法卸載，無法重裝。

嚐試打開時出現對話框：“Real-time protection couldn't be turned on” 以及 Error code: 0x800705b4。
