Microsoft Security Essentials 无法打开

Dell台式机，Windows 7 64位系统，一直用的Microsoft Security Essentials杀毒软件。有天突然MSE自动关闭，尝试打开均失败，无法卸载，无法重装。

尝试打开时出现对话框：“Real-time protection couldn't be turned on” 以及 Error code: 0x800705b4。
