KB4036586中Pointer
不知道是因为IE升级至11.0.9600.18729，还是更新了KB4036586，导致 当HTML使用Pointer-event:none时，其内嵌的SWF文件依然可以点击。在此之前均能正常的不能点击。用其他IE11旧一点的版本，均正常的不能点击
