无法使用Internet Explorer

win10 pro insider preview，x64，16193版本。

在“可选功能”里卸载了IE11，重启后发现无法使用了，甚至在启用windows功能里面这个复选框也消失不见。现在的情况是通过Edge无法使用Internet Explorer打开，想过覆盖安装，于是下载了最新的IE11离线安装包，提醒无法安装，已经存在更新版本。去看了C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer和C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer等文件夹/文件都应该完整。打开CHM帮助文档，还能设置internet选项。尝试过使用如下命令卸载

FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /quiet /norestart

提示拒绝访问。

如何重新正常使用IE11，启用windows功能怎么再次显示IE11，谢谢大家？
