win7，64位用DOS命令删除IE11之后重新安装IE11报错

试了网上能找到的所有方法，都无法安装。也找到跟我一样有问题的人，他们也都还没解决问题。

安装包是官网下载，系统是SP1，安全模式也装过，都安装失败。日志如下。

建议卸载三方的防护软件，检查一下系统更新补丁

另外进入控制面板中的Windows防火墙中选择“打开或关闭Windows防火墙”，选择“启动Windows防火墙”
