outlook调用API时，身份认证一直不成功

我拥有一个微软个人账户,我想使用这个账号通过API的方式发送邮件，但是一直不成功。我使用的是microsoft graph文档里身份验证中的”无用户访问“方式，“https://login.microsoftonline.com/{tenant}/adminconsent”，调用这个链接时，总是在登录账户时返回如下错误信息： ”Correlation ID: f4ee93a9-ae38-471c-8c77-a08bc29184b2 Timestamp: 2017-05-28 03:40:33Z AADSTS50020: We are unable to issue tokens from this api version for a Microsoft account. Please contact the application vendor as they need to use version 2.0 of the protocol to support this. “，我不知道这个错误中说的版本问题是什么问题， 我希望不用用户授权就可以访问到API，不知道有什么方式可以做到，希望知道的能帮忙指点一下。
