win7系统启动ZUNE 后图标闪动两下就消失，无法运行FIX

建议您按照以下方法，重新安装Zune：

步骤1：卸载Zune

1. 确保 Zune 播放器或手机未连接到计算机；

2. 单击“开始”，在“开始搜索”框中键入 appwiz.cpl，然后按 Enter 键；

3. 在“卸载或更改程序”窗口中，单击 Zune，然后单击“卸载”；

4. 单击“是”，删除 Zune 软件；

5. 如果“卸载或更改程序”窗口中列出以下任一软件，请将该软件从计算机中移除：

           Microsoft User-Mode Driver Framework Feature Pack 1.0

           Windows 驱动程序包 – Microsoft WPD

           Windows Media Format 11 SDK

           Windows 便携式设备

注意：如果您收到错误消息指出程序依赖项阻止移除软件，则不要移除该软件

5. 在计算机上打开以下文件夹：

           C:\program files

6. 找到并右键单击 Zune 文件夹，然后单击“删除”。

步骤 2： 清空 Windows 临时文件夹

1. 单击“开始”，“运行”，键入 %temp%，然后单击“确定”；

2. 单击“编辑”，“全选”；

3. 单击“文件”，然后单击“删除”；

4. 您收到确认消息“ 确定要将这些项目发送到“回收站”吗？”请单击选择“是”。

步骤 3： 重新安装 Zune 软件
