win7係統啟動ZUNE 後圖標閃動兩下就消失，無法運行FIX

建議您按照以下方法，重新安裝Zune：

步驟1：卸載Zune

1. 確保 Zune 播放器或手機未連接到計算機；

2. 單擊“開始”，在“開始搜索”框中鍵入 appwiz.cpl，然後按 Enter 鍵；

3. 在“卸載或更改程序”窗口中，單擊 Zune，然後單擊“卸載”；

4. 單擊“是”，刪除 Zune 軟件；

5. 如果“卸載或更改程序”窗口中列出以下任一軟件，請將該軟件從計算機中移除：

           Microsoft User-Mode Driver Framework Feature Pack 1.0

           Windows 驅動程序包 – Microsoft WPD

           Windows Media Format 11 SDK

           Windows 便攜式設備

注意：如果您收到錯誤消息指出程序依賴項阻止移除軟件，則不要移除該軟件

5. 在計算機上打開以下文件夾：

           C:\program files

6. 找到並右鍵單擊 Zune 文件夾，然後單擊“刪除”。

步驟 2： 清空 Windows 臨時文件夾

1. 單擊“開始”，“運行”，鍵入 %temp%，然後單擊“確定”；

2. 單擊“編輯”，“全選”；

3. 單擊“文件”，然後單擊“刪除”；

4. 您收到確認消息“ 確定要將這些項目發送到“回收站”嗎？”請單擊選擇“是”。

步驟 3： 重新安裝 Zune 軟件
