關於windows 7版權問題（About licence problem）

微軟工程師你好：

       由於自己在網上購買了一套COEM的windows 7 pro 64位中文版，安裝在一台原先擦除了原安裝微軟塞爾校園的台式機上，看標簽盒懷疑版權的可靠性故有以下疑問。
       另外自己因不太懂版權或者相關法律，最好能簡單易懂寫。附上該版本的相關照片信息在附件，請查看。
1.  以我的狀況（擦除了原安裝微軟塞爾校園的台式機）安裝此套windows 7 pro x64中文版，版權是否有問題？
2.  盒子上顯示: Win Pro 7 SP1 64-bit ChnSimp 3pk DSP 3 OEI DVD  是否是三用戶，如果是那麼發售此版的銷售商是否還會售出另兩用戶的版本，此版本會變成非法授權？
3.  此版本是否可以商用？
4.  請解釋或者（因不太懂版權或者相關法律）大致簡練的解釋一下此版本的使用範圍和用戶享有的權利。
5.  自己是中文用戶，請您最好使用中文解答。謝謝。

Microsoft Engineer:

     Recently I buy one COEM Windows7 pro x64 Chinese in Internet, install it on a wiped Sail School licence desktop,  but I saw the Windows 7 box doubt the licence's reliability, so I have the more question below.  By the way I'm familiar with copyright law,please explain it easy to understand. The attachment is the box's picture.
1. According the machine state(wiped the sail school system) install this windows 7 pro x64 Chinese version, the licence or copyright will have problem at law ?
2. The box display:  Win Pro 7 SP1 64-bit ChnSimp 3pk DSP 3 OEI DVD if same DVD will have another two copy will be sail to other two user by the sailer, then my win7 copy will have any problem at licence or at law ?
3. This Win7 can use in business ?
4. Please the explain this version using range and the user's right by easy to understand words.
5. You'd better using Chinese answer these question, because I'm a Chinese user, please.
