Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime KB2961149

系统为15063.413，更新升级为1703版本。以前安装过office 2010，之后卸载并安装office 2016.

最近更新Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime KB2961149 和KB2796590，一直失败，错误代码0x80070643。

尝试过以下两种解决方法，仍然出现更新失败的情况。

（1）在powershell（管理员）输入

netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig/flushdns

（2）在powershell（管理员）输入

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

除了全新安装win10 1703，还有什么别的方法？
