Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime KB2961149

係統為15063.413，更新升級為1703版本。以前安裝過office 2010，之後卸載並安裝office 2016.

最近更新Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime KB2961149 和KB2796590，一直失敗，錯誤代碼0x80070643。

嚐試過以下兩種解決方法，仍然出現更新失敗的情況。

（1）在powershell（管理員）輸入

netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig/flushdns

（2）在powershell（管理員）輸入

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

除了全新安裝win10 1703，還有什麼別的方法？
