log in keyboard input

Hi, somebody can help me?

when I log in window 7, I found wrong input the letter for example, I like to input "\" for log in a Domain user,, but actually it is "#".

as normally, input method could be changed by combined key. (Alt+Shift, or Ctrl+Shift, etc), but I try those method to shift.

failure. is there any advice to change this symbol input?

哪位大侠能帮我一个解决一个windows 的方法：

当登陆一个域用户，需要输入符号'\".但发现打出的字符是“#”，按通常的输入法切换组合键，试了几种可能的方法（Ctrl加shift，Alt加shift），都失败了。还有其他方法吗？请大侠给予指点。
