log in keyboard input

Hi, somebody can help me?

when I log in window 7, I found wrong input the letter for example, I like to input "\" for log in a Domain user,, but actually it is "#".

as normally, input method could be changed by combined key. (Alt+Shift, or Ctrl+Shift, etc), but I try those method to shift.

failure. is there any advice to change this symbol input?

哪位大俠能幫我一個解決一個windows 的方法：

當登陸一個域用戶，需要輸入符號'\".但發現打出的字符是“#”，按通常的輸入法切換組合鍵，試了幾種可能的方法（Ctrl加shift，Alt加shift），都失敗了。還有其他方法嗎？請大俠給予指點。
