在C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution下刪除DataStore文件夾下的內容和Download文件夾下的內容。

2.再重命名SoftwareDistribution 文件夾：

按住Windows 鍵+R鍵打開運行，在輸入框內中輸入services.msc，並按下回車。

雙擊打開“Windows  Update”服務。

然後單擊“停止”，關閉該服務,再將啟動類型改為“手動”

然後重命名C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution文件夾為SDfolder 。

重命名完成後，重啟電腦，重新啟用Windows  Update服務再嚐試檢查更新和安裝。
