windows7补丁系统补丁安装失败

补丁更新失败， 试过关闭服务，删除更新，使用WindowsUpdate.diagcab 工具 安装系统准备补丁KB947821，和服务堆栈补丁KB3177467 都安装过了，手动下载了补丁安装同样失败。求解
