windows7補丁係統補丁安裝失敗

補丁更新失敗， 試過關閉服務，刪除更新，使用WindowsUpdate.diagcab 工具 安裝係統準備補丁KB947821，和服務堆棧補丁KB3177467 都安裝過了，手動下載了補丁安裝同樣失敗。求解
