更新windows 1703后，电脑无法正常使用，请给予帮助！

更新1703后，电脑频繁出现蓝屏，开机后会有假死情况，并且设置打不开，还有字体缺失的情况，EDGE浏览器反应迟缓，部分网页包括微软官网打不开。

请帮我排查一下蓝屏原因，dump文件粘贴在下方。
