更新windows 1703後，電腦無法正常使用，請給予幫助！

更新1703後，電腦頻繁出現藍屏，開機後會有假死情況，並且設置打不開，還有字體缺失的情況，EDGE瀏覽器反應遲緩，部分網頁包括微軟官網打不開。

請幫我排查一下藍屏原因，dump文件粘貼在下方。
