Issues with Apple Music and iCloud Music Librar...

So my wife and I have been a subscriber to Apple Music on the family plan for probably close to a year now, if not around 9 or 10 months. We both have iPhones, we have an apple TV, and mac laptops. I am the Head of the family in the settings on iCloud. She originally signed us up for Apple Music, and we have not had problems. I turned on Apple iCloud Music library, and it uploaded or matched my music just fine. Its worked for months, again 8 or 9 months no problem. Used it last night going to bed. Its worked fine on our laptops and on our apple tv.

This morning i went to play a record and it stated:

"ITUNES MATCH REQUIRED

This item cannot be downloaded because you are not subscribed to iTunes Match"

So i went and did research and it appears that iCloud music library is still included with apple music. I contacted support and they were absolutely no help. I continuously got disconnected. When i got home from work, I tried the Apple TV and got the same issue, same message. I tried my laptop, but that worked fine, i am guessing since its used as the primary source for the music, and i still have all the music stored on my laptop.

does any one have any thoughts here? I recently had to reinstall 10.3.3 on my phone, but it worked fine for 48 hours. I did not make any setting changes this morning. As well as it worked fine on my apple TV two days ago.

Some one from apple tried to tell me it was because my wife had signed us up. But could not answer why it worked for 9 months with no problem. I am wondering if the new iTunes update or just 10.3.3 (which is a god awful release) is causing the problems. Regardless, these two things don't speak to why it wouldn't work on the Apple TV now.

has any one else had these issues? any help? please? I travel a lot for work so having my music in the cloud is required and I don't want to cancel apple music to subscribe for iTunes match, nor do i want to pay more money to apple (if customer service had been better every time i had to contact them, maybe id think about it).
