Lost all my music after changing country

Hi all,

Im having a big issue with my Apple Music account.

I had to switch from the French to Spanish store so I had to cancel my Apple Music membership for that, after restarting my membership (on the Spanish store this time) I realized that all my music disappeared.

The music is neither on iTunes on my Mac, I tried to resync iCloud library and everything, no chance.

Does it mean that it's not possible to keep his music when changing country?!

Thanks for your help guys

Anything related to Apple Music will be specific to each national store and cannot be transferred. Your purchase history and anything ripped from CD remains yours. Access to your purchase history requires that you sign into the correct store however so maintaining a library of physical media is a good move.

Thanks for your help but I'm not talking about iTunes Store purchases, I'm talking about Apple music streaming service.

I resolved the issue but it was a bit complicated to get my music back and I lost all the playlists I made.

I shouldn't be a big deal to switch a credit card on a music streaming service... anyway...

I understand why Apple has a store for each country but in terms of music streaming service that's stupid to have to switch.

Drop a line to Apple Music Feedback.
