How do I verify my email address?
Instructions to verify your email address are sent to your registered email address shortly after you complete the online application form. (Please note actually verifying your email is different from just providing your email address.) To have these instructions re-sent to your registered email address, please click here to sign in to your account. When you see the To Do List on your Account Dashboard page, click "Verify Email Address" and an email message will be delivered to your registered email address (this could take up to 15 minutes, so don't worry if you don't see it immediately). When you receive it, you'll find an email confirmation link that will allow you to complete the verification process.
Please note that every time you request a new email verification confirmation code all previously provided confirmation codes are rendered invalid. Only the most recently provided code is valid.
