iPad Bluetooth non

As far as I know, this problem arose without any cause. The letters on my keyboard don't type, in fact the a key and the d key work like directional arrows, and the other function keys will work ( I used  to pull up the digital keyboard). I don't have any connection issues. What's going on?

I would make it forget the keyboard, put the keyboard in pairing / discovery mode and repair it

how you put it in pairing mode would be in the manual or on the site of the manufacture
