iPhone New is Technical Support Expired

Hi, I just bought my iPhone yesterday from Authorized re seller, Myanmar.

When i checked, iPhone age is 10 months and 4 days already and also Technical Support : Expired.

Reseller said some iPhone will have similar case and authorized service center will recover.

You know I'm really unhappy and feel unsatisfied.

Help me please my phone is reuse or the reason of this case.
