May I know free subscription you signed up to upgrade your storage space since you did not cancel during ur free trial period it is chargeable if you do not cancel ur subscription .

Manage subscription and payment

Choose the subscription free trial that is charging you

Another way is to send an email regarding cancellation of free trial subscription

I tried all them things to cancel the subscription and it won't let me on it I even sent e mail and it says we can't send it so I am lost I think they make it difficult so you cant cancel it and they automatically take the money but how can extra space be 31 99 a month it's too expe

What is this 'extra space' for, and how are you being charged for i.e via your iTunes account or direct with an app/site ?
