How can i recover/activate my ipad mini 2 again?

I delete my apple id and icloud account on icloud.com for my father .. then i want to recover/activated again so the ipad is fresh for my father .. but i can’t 

The problem is i forget the appleid and password because it is a long time ago i bought it...

Right now when i want to recover it again he ask the apple id again so i can get into the ios 

The question what should i do to recover it when i remove n forget my apple id account and the password .. because it ask for it link to the ipad.. thank for the answer
