Upgrade from  2011 to 2016 Office

Upgraded an end users Mac from Office 2011 to Office 2016 - left Office 2011 (Yosemite) on and let it import automatically what it needed from it.  The end user is now experiencing an Outlook issue where the font top is cut off in the email TO: section and calendar list (see attached)

I followed a post to check Word and that wasn't a fix:  Go to the Paragraph dialog and make sure that the line spacing is set to Single. The likelihood is that it is set to an Exact amount that is not adequate for the font size.  

I am not an expert in Mac, but will have her machine again sometime this week to try something else, looking for suggestions.  No one else we upgraded has this issue - I added my profile and I didn't have the issue - I don't know alot about Mac profiles or preferences.  All Office Updates have been downloaded.
