iPad Pro in infinite loop boot but unable to ac...

I got an iPad Pro 9.7 today, I could set everything up and then I shut it down, a couple of hours later when I turned on the iPad I was stucked in an infinite boot loop. I've found dozens of tutorials and videos demonstrating how to access Recover/DFU Mode while connected to iTunes. The thing is, I've tried a million times in different ways to access this recover mode, but iTunes just don't recognize my iPad.

Any ideas how to make iTunes recognize my iPad while trying to access recover or DFU mode?

I'm really disappointed with Apple, this problem happens since the first iPad version as far as I can see.

Note: I've never connected this iPad to the itunes from my macbook before, since I've just used it once before this problem starts.

It's worth mentioning that I'm not sure about IOS version because I just tried the iPad for a couple of minutes, then I shut it down and when I tried to turn it on again later I got this problem. Probably is the factory ios version for iPad Pro 9.7.

Another thing that may be worth to mention is the lack of a charging image at the display when I connect this iPad to recharge. Nothing happens when I do it, the screen keeps in black. But if I try to turn on the iPad the apple logo is shown as usual.
