Management Profile access to app local data sto...

Dear community!

I have my company's Management Profile installed on my iPhone and while I trust the company completely, I'm trying to figure out to what extent an iPhone Management Profile is able to access local data stored by apps on the phone.

Specifically, I am wondering if administrators at my company would be able to view for example the media of my Viber messaging app.

Viber encrypts it's data end to end. That I know. However, on the Windows Desktop app for example, when it stores the media to disk, it stores it un-encrypted to the Windows user profile. It relies on the security of Windows to protect your data. However, let's say your Windows profile is just sitting on your company servers, then administrators can view that media.

What is the case with iOS? Does Viber store the media un-encrypted on the iPhone file system? If yes, I already know it will not be accessible to other apps due to the sandboxing, but would an iPhone Management Profile be allowed access to the storage space of an app like Viber, or any other app?

I know the Management Profile allows my company to view the apps I have installed and even to remotely uninstall apps! (I don't mind this). But I'd really like to know just how deep Apple allows these Management Profiles to go.

I'm assuming here that Apple has some sort of limits to what these Management Profiles can do? Is that the case.

Perhaps I wrapped a number of questions into one here. I really want to know if my company could possibly view my Viber media, but all or any answers are much appreciated. Thanks!
