Macbook Pro (2016) faulty display

Hi

On my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) specific model running Sierra 10.12.6, I have noticed just today faint grey lines running along the entire width of the bottom of the display  (almost like dead/stuck pixels?). However, this issue is only visible when white or light grey applications take up the bottom of the display. For perspective, it is about the width of the included USB-C charge cable. I can live with this possible defect, however, I have only had this Mac for 6-7 months and fear it could get worse after my warranty has expired.

For reference I have already tried:

- Changing display brightness (It is visible at all levels, so long a white/light grey application is open)

- Rebooting/closing the screen (no change)

- Changing colour profiles in system preferences (no change)

- Screenshotting affected area then viewing in centre of display (image is perfectly clear)

- Cleaning/applying slight pressure to the affected area (no change)

I don't have the necessary cables to test on an external monitor sadly.

Any help would be much-appreciated cheers
