I am on my second iWatch 1.  Both have had the charging back just fall off.  The first was replace and now I have to contact Apple support again after only 9 months.  Frustrated.

I am the new victim of the similar case! I went to Apple Store and the technician suggested me a repair plan of $259 CAD, or to purchase a new Apple Watch. So disappointed as Apple Watch is not cheap. Its face fell off by itself is quite ridiculous for a product at that price and after almost 2 years only of normal use! Is it a defective fact for Apple Watch 1st generation? I hope Apple could fix it for me as my watch becomes not wearable! For the first time, Apple product scares me!...
