Slow 2015 5k iMac

Hello,

I'm a proud owner of a 2015 imac since 2 month. I previously owned a mid 2014 15" macbook pro.

iMac specs:

5k Late 2015

3.2Ghz i5

8gb DDR3 1867mhz

AMD R9 m380 2gb

1TB Fusion Drive

MacOS 10.12.6

From the beginning the imac felt quite slow. I thought it was me, because i used to use my macbook which had an SSD.

After contacting Apple and doing all kinds of resets and reinstalls. They told me to get it fixed at a local reseller. But they will charge me a shitload of costs if they cant find anything. So Im looking for fellow users who have a similar imac with a fusion drive.
