How to find a keyboard shortcut association?

For my job I must use keyboard shortcut combination of CMND+. (Command dot). in Adobe Animate.

For some reason, this shortcut doesn't work, but instead makes an error sound (no message, just the sound). I do remember clearly it worked before. But the thing is, that it acts the same in any other software, which seems, that it is associated with some default Apple shortcut. But I cannot find it.

How can I see a map of shortcuts associations on Mac?
