I received an email stating purchases had been made from my Id.

How do get through to apple to report the fake purchases

To check whether any given email or message is, in fact, from Apple, follow Apple's instructions here:

 

 

To check your past purchases:

 

 

If you have opened a phishing email or message (which is designed to trick you into disclosing personal information such as your Apple ID, password and/or payment details to a third-party), then you should not reply to it, visit any linked website or enter any information there.

 

If you have already entered any information into a phishing website or otherwise provided the sender with any information, then follow the steps here:  

 

 

If you need further assistance, contact Apple Support:

Check your iTunes Store purchase history, including hidden ones.

 

If those items don’t show up, forward the email to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.

If they do, change your password, click here, and contact Apple. If a credit card got charged, contact the bank as well.
