mtmd handler get failed

Macbook Pro, Sierra 10.12.5

my OS console output is filled with this error:

handler get failed. (status=-1/errno=24/Too many open files/token=0/flags=0/fd=-1/path=unknown)

close to 100 message every 10 seconds.

Not looking for a solution. just reporting it.

(I was checking my printer problems and I saw this.)

mtmd is Mobile Time Machine Daemon. It has to do with local snapshots, according to the late James Pond:
