Apple Watch Series 2 dead at 40% of battery life

Hi,

I owned this Apple Watch Series 2 since November 2016. My apple watch is running on the latest WatchOS 3.2.3. I do tons of workout with my watch strapped on every week (mainly swimming and running). So far, it was doing okay until a week ago, I noticed that the Apple Watch dies at 40% of battery. Currently, I'm constantly keeping it alive by charging on a few hours basis (just enough to get through the day or workout).

Anyone having the same issue? Any help or advice would be very much appreciated!!
