iPhone 7 virus notice

I just received message stating the last site I visited had exposed my phone to a virus. Please advise. 

Any such message will be a scam.

Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popups and web pages

Thank you! It looked just like the Apple page. I just wanted to make sure. Thank you. It told me to download antivirus but I didn't.
