win7，64位用DOS命令刪除IE11之後重新安裝IE11報錯

試了網上能找到的所有方法，都無法安裝。也找到跟我一樣有問題的人，他們也都還沒解決問題。

安裝包是官網下載，係統是SP1，安全模式也裝過，都安裝失敗。日誌如下。
