Need to turn off activation lock on my iPad

Just did the new software update for my iPad mini generation 3 and it's asking me for the appl ID I used to set it up when purchased. Its not excepting the one I use now and I don't remember the one originally used to set up the iPad when I purchased it. 

It should be showing a part of the email for the Apple ID its expecting.
