Sharing apple music

When setting up family sharing how do you ensure family members multiple devices ex..iPhone and iPad are set up?

Any device or computer that is signed into iCloud (Settings>your name at the top) with a Family Sharing member's Apple ID will have access to the Family Sharing features.
