iOS 11 Control Center and Music control?

Keep in mind here I am using Apple Music to stream my music. Everytime I play music and I swipe up to get to the control center to change the song. It never lets me do anything with the music it just shows this. Usually restarting it will show it back up for maybe two or three times and that's it. It always gets back to this I don't know what this bug is but it is annoying. Also I find it ridiculous that we can't turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth from the control center. We should be able to turn it off just like in all the other iOS softwares, not just disconnect.
