Unfair practice in an 3rd party app

It seems like CSR2 has an unfair practice in there purchasin there crates of cars...they claim they have a 20x drop rate which pretty much you will get the prize car....But after $80.00 dollars and still haven’t pulled that car is pretty bad and this isn’t the first time...I enjoy the game but they seem more money hungry HOGS than ever and was wondering if I’m the only one complaining
