匠心主厨

祁伟九----擅长正宗的淮扬菜，拥有27年的高星级酒店厨师经验，曾在北京、常州、内蒙古等地及香港、俄罗斯等境外有任职经验，担任厨师长及中餐行政总厨。在餐食制作上从原材料到烹制方法、技巧有广泛的兴趣和研究，擅长传统菜肴的烹制，尤其在淮扬菜的制作上有很高的造诣，最近匠心推出风味栗子酥与秘制酱料，不同寻常的挑逗你的味蕾。

Chef Qi experts at traditional Huaiyang cuisine, with more than 27 years working experience as Master Chef in Beijing, Changzhou, Inner Mongolia and abroad in Hongkong and Russia.He holds great interest and researching of cooking food as the art discovery. Being good at cooking authentic Huaiyang cuisine and now upgrading to the fusion style by using various food materials. Newly promoted Chestnut Chrisp and Special Flavor Sauces would enchant your taste buds.
