匠心主廚

祁偉九----擅長正宗的淮揚菜，擁有27年的高星級酒店廚師經驗，曾在北京、常州、內蒙古等地及香港、俄羅斯等境外有任職經驗，擔任廚師長及中餐行政總廚。在餐食製作上從原材料到烹製方法、技巧有廣泛的興趣和研究，擅長傳統菜肴的烹製，尤其在淮揚菜的製作上有很高的造詣，最近匠心推出風味栗子酥與秘製醬料，不同尋常的挑逗你的味蕾。

Chef Qi experts at traditional Huaiyang cuisine, with more than 27 years working experience as Master Chef in Beijing, Changzhou, Inner Mongolia and abroad in Hongkong and Russia.He holds great interest and researching of cooking food as the art discovery. Being good at cooking authentic Huaiyang cuisine and now upgrading to the fusion style by using various food materials. Newly promoted Chestnut Chrisp and Special Flavor Sauces would enchant your taste buds.
