Billing Questions and Canceling & Amending Orders

 Placing Orders Online

Placing orders with VANCL’s shopping bag system is simple and easy! First, choose the color, size and quantity amount you’d like for a particular item. Then simply click “ADD TO BAG” to place in item in your order list.
Payment Methods 

PayPal is a safer, easier way to pay. You can use your credit card or bank account without exposing your financial information. You can link your credit card or bank account to your PayPal account so you don't have to enter your card number or address when you shop on VANCL. Just log in to PayPal and quickly check out in a few clicks. In addition, PayPal accepts payments in multiple currencies.

Using PayPal with VANCL:

1. Visit your Shopping Cart page, and click Check Out With PayPal or choose PayPal as your payment method on your Payment page after reviewing your order details. You will then leave en.vancl.com and enter PayPal’s website.

2. Log in to your PayPal account, or create one if you haven’t had.

3. Just follow the instructions given by PayPal. You will quickly check out in a few clicks.

 Advantages of using PayPal:

Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.

Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). If you do use your credit card through PayPal, en.vancl.com and other users cannot see your credit card information, therefore minimizing the risk of unauthorized use.

VANCL offers PayPal payment service to all countries that are eligible for our delivery. This is for the security and protection of all our respective customers.

In the event an item is suddenly out-of-stock or missing, your funds will be refund immediately.

If you find that your initial payment has not gone through and payment is still needed, please pay again to finish the transaction. You can rest assured that VANCL will be double charge you in any event that a finalized payment was mistakenly sent twice.
Using Gift Cards 

Gift Card Payment: 

Enter payment center to begin finalizing order transaction. Choose the “Gift Card Payment” option and enter your gift card number and password. Click “Validate” to pay for your order. If the remaining balance of your gift card is not enough to pay for your order, please choose another payment method.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

1. Only one gift card may be used per each individual payment.

2. If your gift card is lost, it cannot be reissued as gift cards are not registered to a single name.

3. Gift cards cannot be combined. Remaining balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

4. Please use your gift card within allotted time, as they will be void at expiration.

5. Please follow gift card instructions carefully, as different gift cards may have different rules.

6. In the event that you make an exchange or return, the part of your payment that was made with your gift card will be reapplied to it, and you will be able to use it again.

For example, a purchase of $300 where a $50 gift card was used would be refunded as the amount of $250 to your primary payment account and $50 to your gift card. Please be advised that gift card will still be subject to its original expiration.

7. When making returns of items purchased, the original order sum minus the price of returns must meet the minimum use rule of your gift card used, or the gift card will no longer be applied.

For example, there is an order of $300 order where a $50 gift card was used (with a $300 gift card minimum use rule), and a return of an item priced at $100 is made. Because the price of the item subtracted from the original total ($300 - $100) is not over $300, the gift card will no longer be applied to the order. The original amount will be reapplied to the gift card, and a refund of the item price minus the gird card total will be refunded. If the gift card has not yet expired, it can still be used on future purchases in accordance to its minimum use rule.
 Checking Gift Card Balance

To check the current balance of your gift card, simply click “My Account” at the top of any VANCL webpage. From there, you will have access to your account information. At the left-side menu, choose “My Gift Card”.

From there you will be able to type in your gift card number and password and click “Check”. You will then be given your gift card remaining balance information and date of when your card will expire.
Order Confirmation 

Once your payment has been approved, you can check the status and updates of any of your orders by logging into your account on our website.

Canceling & Amending Orders 

You can simply cancel your order within 20 minutes even if the payment has already been made. For an unpaid order, our system will keep it a status of waiting for the custom service to deal.

Step 1: Log in to MY ACCOUNT and select the order you are going to cancel.

Step 2: Click the CANCEL button.

 Amending order:

It is not possible to amend a paid order. If you want to amend an order, you will need to cancel the existing order first, and then place a new order.

From there you will be able to type in your gift card number and password and click “Check”. You will then be given your gift card remaining balance information and date of when your card will expire.
 Problems with Checkout

Taxes and Duties

We do not add taxes, VAT or any other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on your invoice, for example: Goods Subtotal + Shipping Costs (does not include duties). Please find out as much as you can about import taxes in your own country before purchasing an item. In special cases, you may need to pay import duties on certain goods. For assistant on any of this, you may kindly contact us. We promise to do our best for you.
