Shipping Prices and Rates 

Shipping costs are not included in prices. We charge a flat rate of $5 per order for orders under $59. Orders above this amount are still offered free shipping.
 Processing Time & Delivery Schedule

We understand how important it is to receive your order when you expect it. In that case, we use secure and fast shipping methods to deliver your orders. We suggest that you ship to a reliable address as our couriers only deliver between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and signature is required upon receipt.

Generally, it will take 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered to your door by EMS.

Please note that orders weight under 2 kilogram to the countries of Belarus, Brazil, Ukraine, and Russia will be sent by Ordinary International Post service and take approximately 20 business days to arrive, and this will reduce the risk charging by local custom.
Signature Based Deliveries

Deliveries are made via our contracted couriers. Our couriers are signature-based and require someone to be present upon delivery. If you are not available, a contact card will be left and you can arrange for a suitable delivery time at your earliest convenience.
Shipping & Tracking Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, we will normally send you a dispatch notification with a tracking number through email. Alternatively, you can log in your account on our website and retrieve the tracking number in “order details”.

You can track the status of your order by visiting https://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp (for tracking numbers beginning with “EE”) or https://www.yw56.com.cn/english/index-en.asp (for tracking numbers beginning with “YW”. While your item is being shipped, you can track its progress and location.
International Delivery Information

Different shipping destinations may fall into international postal zones. It is important to note these differences as it will affect the timing and delivery information of your respective orders.

Zone 1, EMS & Parcel force: includes United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Netherland, Luxemburg, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Malta, Holland, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Vatican City, Belarus,Russian, Ukraine, and Israel.

Zone 2, EMS: includes United States and Canada.

Zone 3, EMS & Australia Post: includes Australia and New Zealand.

Zone 4, EMS: includes Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, South Korea, North Korea, Japan, Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mongolia, Pakistan, LAOS, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, and Turkey.

Zone 5, EMS & DHL: includes Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela, Surinam, Ecuador, Bolivia, Guyana, Panama, and Mexico.

Zone 6, EMS: includes UAE and Jordan.
