Vancl My Account:View Purchase History

Registration 

Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. Registration will give you great benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and exclusive discounts and special offers.

To register an account, simply click “register” at the top of any VANCL webpage. Continue to type in your e-mail address, preferred password and click “Continue”.

That’s it! Like magic you are now ready to enjoy all the stylish, amazing fashion products for VANCL!
 Signing In

To sign into your account, simply click “Sign In” at the top of any VANCL webpage. Continue to type in your register e-mail and password and click “Sign in”.
Changing Password 

To change your current password, simply click “My Account” at the top of any VANCL webpage. From there, you will have access to your account information. At the left-side menu, choose “Change Your Password” from the settings submenu. Next, type in your current password and new password. Click “Update” and your password will immediately be changed.
Forgot My Password 

No problem! Please visit the login page and enter your e-mail address where it says “Forgotten Your Password”. We will send your password back to you through email.

Please note that password a “case sensitive”. This means that capital letters and cap-locks will affect your password. Your password must be typed in exactly the same way you registered it.
 View Purchase History

To change your current password, simply click “My Account” at the top of any VANCL webpage. From there, you will have access to your account information. At the left-side menu, choose “View or Cancel an Order” from the orders submenu.

You will then have access to your entire purchase history.
 Personal Information Security

The security of customer’s data is very important to us. Please feel safe in filling in your information to complete your account. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies or third parties.
 Writing Product Reviews

To change your current password, simply click “My Account” at the top of any VANCL webpage. From there, you will have access to your account information. At the left-side menu, choose “Write New Reviews” from the reviews submenu.

From there you can rate and review a product you have bought and share your opinions about them with others.
