Canceling & Amending Orders VANCL

Canceling & Amending Orders
You can simply cancel your order within several minutes even if the payment has already been made. 



You can cancel your order by pressing the “CANCEL” button before the order is processed by our warehouse logistic system. Please note, once your order has been proceeded into our system, the “CANCEL” button will disappear and you can only attempt cancelation by contacting our custom service through e-mail.



Unpaid Orders:Our system will keep it as “waiting” for custom service to deal with. 



Step 1: Log in to MY ACCOUNT and select the order you are going to cancel.

Step 2: Click the CANCEL button.

Amending order:

It is not possible to amend a paid order. If you want to amend an order, you will need to cancel the existing order first, and then place a new order. 

From there you will be able to type in your gift card number and password and click “Check”. You will then be given your gift card remaining balance information and date of when your card will expire.
