iMac 21.5

Dear all,

   Since our iMac (iMac 21.5-Inch, Late 2013 2.7Ghz, i5, 8GB 1600MHz DDR3, OS 10.9.4) always ran at lower performance that we ran "Adobe AI" and open many applications. Then, we planned to add addition memory. Refer to the hardware specification, it could be upgraded to 16GB, that need through apple service center. We would like to know the upgrade cost. Do anybody tell me the cost and time for the upgrade. Thanks a lot!
