why apple killed my ipad 4 ???

Everything's was fine for 5 years with last ios 10.3.1 on my ipad 4 GSM+Wifi 16gb, but after updating to 10.3.3 (ota) my ipad gone searching, restarting, no modem firmware (blank).

once i restored via itunes, back to normal, but the next day it started the same problems.

tried many times to restore, sometimes couldn't be activated, sometimes stuck on 99% restoring.

but in the end always no modem firmware, searching & restarting....

and the best point is apple stopped on 10.3.3 for ipad 4...

Now my ipad is rubbish, what an apple....
